Alex is a Leadership Consultant at The ExCo Group. In this role, Alex supports key client engagements by coordinating project delivery and ensuring a seamless experience for both executives and coaches. Alex collaborates closely with internal partners to deliver high‑quality insights and strengthen long‑term client relationships.

Career History

Prior to joining The ExCo Group, Alex worked as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, supporting federal health clients across a range of strategic and analytical projects. Previously, she worked in government relations at Infineon Technologies.

Personal

Alex earned her BA in Public Policy with a minor in Human Biology from Stanford University and completed her Master of Public Policy at Georgetown University. She also competed in Division I cross country and track at Stanford and Georgetown. Originally from Santa Cruz, California, Alex now lives in Washington, DC. In her free time, she enjoys running and participating in road races, partner competitions, and team relays. She also fosters rescue animals and loves to travel, try new restaurants and cafes, and explore different neighborhoods throughout the city.
